This morning, while her big sister was getting help with a pattern, nine year-old Charee made herself comfortable in front of our handpaint wall in the store and starting finger knitting a new scarf. She just learned how last night at church, and has already completed the lovely scarf she was wearing this morning.
This is true ability...note that she is also reading a book! Though I have family members who can do such amazing feats, I have never been able to accomplish this myself. You go, Charee!
